STRATUSCENT UNVEILS ITS CONTINUOUS MODE eNOSE
Through this demo video, we are unveiling a major breakthrough in electronic nose technology – the ability to smell continuously in real-time. So far, eNose systems have required the user to start the process of capturing the background followed by the target scent. With Stratuscent’s latest innovation, our eNose can automatically (and without any user input) identify a change in the environment and move on to correctly identify the scent.

In this one-shot recording, Stratuscent’s AI-enabled eNose identifies essential oils, water, food flavoring, alcohol, and fruit. This is the first time that a scent digitization company has successfully run a live demo with 10 different scents across multiple devices in an unpredictable and changing environment without the need for any on-the-field training. The demo works flawlessly throughout the day as humidity and temperature change based on the number of people, which is a challenge for most eNose companies. Moreover, our eNoses compensate as the background scents evolve from the beginning of the day to after lunch to the end of the day.
